He already got recruited over in '17 with Connor, then he got recruited over again for '18 in Weiskamp after he has to move to the 2 next year.

Wut?

Connor committed to Iowa on 08/30/2014.

Wieskamp committed to Iowa on 06/09/2015

Bohannon committed to Iowa on 08/28/2015.

Now I have heard it all.

A guy averaging 6 PPG, 1 RPG and 1 APG is better than Jok because he can play better defense.

He's averaging over 10 points, 42% FG%, and 43% 3P% in less than 18 minutes per game. So, he plays less than half of a game and those are his numbers. He's a damn good ball player and those numbers are going to increase next season. Especially his assists. He plays mostly alongside Monte, so he's playing more at the off-guard. Next season, he's the 1.

Are we talking about the same player?

Or are you just cherry picking stats to use to strengthen your argument?

And you think he is going to start at PG over your Top 50 PG recruit you have coming in?

The people mentioning how much ISU loses next year are under-rating Solomon, IMO. For as much as they're sure Iowa's players will improve, Solomon has already proven it with his improvement this season.

And you can throw out numbers all you want, but they don't tell the whole story. Jackson's are low, sure, but he's also not starting with a scoring role. Hard to shine when you're playing behind an all conference PG.

Yep. Because he comes off the bench and averages less than 18 minutes per game, it's only fair to look at his points per game within that time-frame. Of course he's going to score fewer points per game than someone that's on the court twice as long as he is.

And for the 100th time, Wigginton isn't a PG. He's a SG. Regardless of what recruiting services say. He doesn't even play point for Oak Hill.

Solomon doesn't flex or self chest pound. enough for Iowa fans. Maybe that's a by-product of being a lower tier NIT level, lose to Omaha type of team?

He has better stats as Morris as a freshman.

O my! Hawk fans are delusional. Mentioning Bohannon in the same breath as Morris is funny. Classic hawk fan. Thinks if ISU can bring guards to the top of all of NCAA it must be a given. Lol. If Bohannon becomes one of the best Point guards in all of basketball at any point in his carreer. I'll quit posting for a year. Will you promise to do the same when he doesn't sniff that level?

Your coach has no track record of improving guard play whatsoever. Fred Coached circles around him. If Bohannon makes it to top three point guard in the BIG I will say its likely the best job of coaching Fran has done his entire time at Iowa.
