Seemingly never ending Iowa MBB thread (still going.....)

Their offense looked like the whole design was to run down the court as fast as they could with no plan on what to do when they got there. In the half court, it was pass it around really fast and hope a defender moved out of position. Anyone talking NCAA tournament about them should have their basketball credentials removed. It looks like the players want more heat put on their coach.
Not only was that horrible defense, but, he had two plays down the stretch that just make you scratch your head like - huh....
When he reached out in front of him and jok swung his arms through, foul. He hadn't even dribbled yet and wasn't moving....no need to reach.... then the reach foul on Bohanan - thats like giving them 4 points because those guys don't miss free throws.
But, i watch a lot of basketball games and I've never seen a team shoot 45 free throws... thats just crazy!
Bohannon only misses free throws when they need them *cough (Saturday) cough*
I want Fran to coach and recruit at Iowa FOREVER.
Its like a never ending supply of dorky, geeky, iowa kids. Just when you think uthoff, mcabe, gesell, woody will never be topped they get a walk on from betterndorf, a miniature PG, a some more random white big guys! I can't get enough of it, oddly. and to think next year they add a coaches son, another geeky indiana kid, and some big ogre - its going to be great!
Weiskamp is going to be awesome, but everyone else should keep iowa firmly in the NIT/bubble range, just enough for Fran to not get fired.

I'd love to see them stay in the RPI top 100 so our loss looks a little better. Beyond that? Meh.

Where did I say anything about effort being funny? It's their all-around lack of talent and showmanship when they luck into a bucket that make me laugh.

And it started off as 6 fouls against Iowa and 0 against Indiana until Iowa started to boo and Fran starting to *****. Quite the turn around on fouls

Yeah, because most leading scorers of an entire Power 5 conference usually get benched with 5 games left in their senior seasons. Would probably help him spend some time on the bench so he can get acclimated to Division 1 basketball since hes in a slump.

The guys sitting in the front row opposite of the team benches were quite hilarious to watch. That fan base sure booed a lot for a group who likes to poke fun at the Hilton crowd....
