After reading through all of this info since CW posted I only have one word for the Lard situation: concerned.

Wisconsin is the only school that redshirts successfully IMO and they recruit in a different way than most schools.

Baylor doesn't do it on the scale of Wisky but they have had some really good players that were RS'd, including 2 starters this year. As shaky as Scott Drew is on gameday, you cant argue with how he develops bigs, would anyone be upset if Lard turned out to be similar to Jonathan Motley?

There wasn't much you could find about Lard when he first came on the recruiting scene but when I saw his offers, Baylor jumped off the list at me. Drew's record with bigs had a lot to do with that.

I was on campus yesterday. No one else was except a wedding going on near the Campanile. So not only is Lard missing but so is everyone else. Concerning.
