On to Football Season

It's used all the time on here Hawk fan. Point still stands that Ott's draft position could be hurt since he was going against lower competition.

I can see why Sagarin is prefered over Anderson/Billingsly/Matrix. I mean your argument that we were Iowa's 5th strongest opponent would become we were Iowa's 11th or 12th toughest opponent (Billingsley had Maryland behind ISU, but Anderson and Matrix both had Maryland higher than ISU).

So it is good to use Sagarin.

Who is we? You already slipped up and showed your true colors when you were referring to ISU as they. Can't backpedal now

You think I'm a troll no matter if I say we, they, ISU, Clones, whatever. Yet I get why you want to distract from being a Sagarin slappy, it be embarrassing for YOU.

Kind of this?

Anderson #85
Billingsley#86
Matrix #88
Massey #73
Wolfe #77
Sagarin #67

Massey and Sagarin look pretty close to me but I'm guessing we are bound to disagree on this.

To stop derailing this thread and getting back on track with the Ott/competition thing, at least we can both agree Iowa had one of the weakest conference schedules of all time.

Yep, we can both agree on this!

Or the storm that's brewing with your football recruiting. You're impressed so far huh?

What's with all the Hawks today? HN shut down with some terminal virus? Although at least they just seem to be in here.

Did this Ott guy just play the first six games or something? Is he the same guy that played hurt in the Iowa City game two seasons ago? And if so maybe he should have not played hurt this year especially with the teams they were playing early in the season?

Doesn't bother you that nobody good wanted most all of them?

If you consider Notre Dame and Oklahoma State nobody good that's on you I guess. 247 lists Newell with an Iowa offer but Iowa is not that good and I doubt they would try to get someone out of Tom Manning's backyard anyways so I'll give you that one.
