I said ISU was not one of the best 2 teams Iowa had played at the time. Florida St is a team I said could be better if their freshmen play up to their potential. They have beaten Florida and Virginia and are sitting at 16-7 overall. In case you forgot I also said Dayton and they are at 12 onrealtimerpi today and ISU is 13. FSU is at 39 and climbing.

Well if RPI is any indicator they are close. You make it sound likes it ridiculous to compare them. You thought it was ridiculous 2 months ago, but here we are 2 months later and Dayton has passed them in RPI and FSU has closed the gap considerably.

Kansas State is 40th in RPI, would it be stupid for me to say they are better than Iowa?

Iowa is #8, ISU is #13 for reference

I'm just saying....two months ago you said it was a ridiculous claim, but now it's February and it doesn't seem so outlandish. I'm not saying FSU is better, but I said by the end of the season if their freshmen mature they could end up going further in the post season.

It's not outlandish to say Kansas State is better than Iowa. Got it.

I've been to Carver for more than one ISU/Iowa game and it is not a good basketball arena at all. Most Hawk fans will even acknowledge that.

I never said FSU was better than ISU. I said they have the potential and young players that could be by the end of the season.

Why don't we talk about Dayton? That was a ridiculous claim at the time to. You have conveniently failed to mention them in your replies.

It seems just as outlandish now as it did at the time. The best you can do is ignore almost 30 spots in the RPI.

If you want people to take your opinion seriously you might start with getting rid of the ******* crazy talk.

Because Florida State is a lot worse than ISU. You were really wrong on that. Congrats on Dayton though

16-7 and 39th in RPI is "a lot" worse? They fall somewhere between Baylor and KSU in RPI. Those teams aren't "a lot" worse than ISU...or Iowa.

Time will tell. That's exactly what I said 2 months ago and they teams are getting closer by the week. They are knocking on the door of Baylor in RPI and Baylor won at ISU. It's not crazy talk if you look at it without your rose colored glasses. KSU just beat Oklahoma and they are 40th in RPI.

Baylor is 27th so not really knocking on that door at all

This is what people say when they have nothing. I'll give you credit, it takes balls to be so obviously wrong and and keep doubling down on it.

The fans who obviously just started watching regular season basketball are always fun.
