After 40 years of reckless choices and never breaking a bone, I'm about 98% sure that I'm eventually going to meet my maker in some truly insignificant and undignified way. Maybe I'll be wrong and it'll be something heroic, but if I had to put money on it, I'd wager that it will be a lot more Three Stooges than Jack Bauer.

it doesn't even make sense. Ha ha, your parents purposefully chose YOU! That means you suck! I'm just the random combo of genes that my parents ended up so I'm better and you suck!

It's been stiff for a couple of weeks (you may or may not have noticed at the game & the bar). After sitting for a while, the first few steps were painful. Last night I was coming down the stairs and I felt this *pop* and my knee buckled. Good thing I always hold on to the banister on stairs now...

Pretty boring, right?

My dad is out of surgery. Sounds like everything went good. Have the day off tomorrow so I'm going to go spend the day with him.

You can do beter then that. Try one of these as your back story.

“I tore it when I cartwheeled my dirt bike racing PapaLew in the Baja 1000.â€￾

or

“The high leg kick I delivered to Rhonda Rousey did knock her out but it also tore my MCL!â€￾

or

“I tore it jumping to give Boxster a high five at the basketball game. He’s so (comparatively) tall!â€￾

or

"Doctors told me it was a rare SMR (Spontaneous Meniscus Rupture).â€￾

or

“My cat tripped me and then pushed me down the stairs.â€￾

She was playing a pick up game with McKay. It was tied 9-9. She went for a layup and he had a massive block. Threw her in to the wall and she jacked up her knee. Jokes on him though, as she nailed a fade away shot from long distance to win 11-9.
