CG thought you might enjoy this. One of my new rental houses kitchens.![]()
looks like our granite! Love the wall color. Darn nice rental.
and wxman, glad you are moving out!
Yea, it reminded me of the convo we had a while back about wall colors. It's really nice. 4 bed house, 3 car and rents above 2k per month.
as unnerving as the open garage door was the other night, I was glad that all our house entrances face multiple other homes. Yeah, not 100% privacy, but the bedroom and living room are on the back side of the house.
I know that the one neighbor has a SAHM, so that helps with the 'being gone all day' too. Plus I guess builder project manager works just over in the builder's house office like 3 blocks away so he is back and forth for things like lunch. It does feel very safe.
Not that we don't still keep things locked, but it's good to know that if someone wanted to knock on the house door at 3am, there are at least 5-6 houses that would have an easy shot at seeing their vehicle and/or person. And while not a dead-end like Boxster's, it's a somewhat separated subdivision, so unless you live here or are visiting, there's no real reason to drive through. So I've found myself noticing when non-neighbor cars drive by.

where is this at? They could have my house at that price, haha.
I thought you lived in the middle of nowhere?
Still never been banned, but it seems that impersonating me will get you banned.
it's a subdivision, just not attached directly to the town. Like a mile or so out with some cornfields around us still.
So it's like a Children of the Corn type of thing?
I suppose, I haven't seen that move either. But yes, I do have cornfield behind our house.
