So, since it's been announced...CG: You think you can beat Saturday, or do I win the unimportant, with no actual stakes race we mentioned a while back? Technically, I'll be listed as a manager on Saturday, but I won't actually change over to it for a few weeks to help the new supervisor that just started.

So, not only am I getting to first shift, got a promotion and raise!

Thanks to all who have had me in your T's and P's, and I apologize if I've been a little more testy lately, been kind of stressful knowing I wasn't going to see much of little00 and for a while there, not having any light at the end of the tunnel as to when that might be corrected, or whether I might have to start looking elsewhere despite loving my job.

woo, did you ever link your fb to me? I was trying to find it to friend you but then I couldn't remember if that actually happened. I'm not like, demanding we be fb friends but I have this nagging feeling that I left that link unacknowledged somewhere. Couldn't find it in PM's though.

You know somewhere back in one of the RT's we have a foot selfie from CG. We should find that to see if the CG feets are visibily different.

A plus would be that feet gross Pants out which is almost enough to make me think we should all post feet selfies. Pants would probably ban himself!

I think she's posted a couple of different ones. The ones with just here weren't that bad because she at least takes care of hers. The one with DH's hobo werewolf feet were vomit inducing.

Normally I am not mad at wait service. It is a job I do not want to ever get into but damn this is taking a long time. 1 hour and I've only received 1 beer, no food, and the waiter has come up to me only twice. Once to get my order and the other to give me my beer. If they were quick about it, I would've been on my 3rd at least by now.

Haven't had that problem, but I bet bicyclists and motorcyclists can feel your pain.

I guess another customer complained for me! Manager came by and said that another customer noticed I wasn't getting waited on. Apparently my waitress didn't even put in my food order. He promptly got me my food in less than 5min and two more beers + bill was free + a $40 gift card! I can't complain. I said I wasn't too concerned because my plane wasn't leaving for a while and I didn't wanna be that a-hole customer when it was obviously busy.
