So if Iowa fans now say they have a better shot at Tyler Cook because we got Simeon Carter, do we counter by saying this guy will play more 5? I still hope we get commits from one or two or, hell, even all three of Tyler Cook, Arlando Cook, and Jeriah Horne.

Where have Hawk fans said that? Everything says Tyler Cook to either Iowa/Missouri/Arkansas long before Carter commit.

A top 10 player will get significant playing time right away anywhere he goes. And he decommitted a few hours ago so I wouldn't get too upset about not reaching out yet. He'd be awesome but he I would not expect anything.
Ah gotcha... well my guess would be since he had been committed to AZ the new administration hadn't tried to go after him. Who knows going forward.
I was thinking of the debate about whether the Kreiner commitment hurt their chances with Tyler Cook. Are we considered out of that race?

I just saw that as well. Kobe King visited this week. He seems to have a close friendship with Matt Thomas. Retweets ISU news quite often. Xavier and Kobe would be an incredible future backcourt. Maybe my top two on the wish list right now.
