JTS construction webcam?

Youre missing stadium lights on the east side.

Looks fantastic!

The SW balcony seats are being power washed right now. I suspect that the numbering has not been applied to any of the new seats and cleaning before that should be done. Also, I cannot tell what is leaned against the wall above the SW gold seat section.

Damn, we could probably fit 67,000+.

Which is why I don't think we will ever completely bowl in JTS. I have such a hard time seeing a future where demand for Iowa State football tickets is consistently at or near 70,000/game, although I'd love to be proven wrong. I absolutely love how the stadium looks now and I like the horseshoe. It's the perfect size for our fan base and program, IMO.
On a personal level, I'd also be kind of sad if there were no more hillsides at JTS. As a kid, half the fun of going to games was playing catch with my dad on the hillside before games and at halftime.

They could put chairbacks instead of bleachers on the lower west side, and parts of the east side, which take up more room, similar to Minnesota. Instead of 30 people in a row, it'd be more like 22.

Would be an interesting idea... the hard part would be that a lot of your higher level but not elite donors (in the 5-10k range that would normally sit between the 40s) would see themselves being moved outward.

Aside from that i could see many stadiums moving to that as they seek to improve the fan experience to compete with the fact that many are opting for better home viewing experiences.

It is truly incredible all that has been done in the past 10 years. What happened in the 10 years prior to that? All I can think of is the football practice facility and the extremely undersized pressbox. We had some successful teams in football and basketball but too bad the AD didn't do anything to sustain it. Thanks Bruce.
