Anyone have Prohm's list of assistants that is apparently floating around out there somewhere?

That's what I have been told at least.

Not sure if it's TJ leaving or Prohm not wanting him. Either way it sucks big time and looks bad on JP.

Who wants to post the link to the Murray State message board? The other day they were talking like there was no chance he'd leave and now he's gone.

Really like the hire of Prohm especially if TJ is retained on Staff. Best interview, fast pace of play and developed pro guards.

@EvanDaniels: Steve Prohm to Iowa State, according to @GaryParrish. He did a terrific job building his Murray State teams. Had some great guards.

@MattNorlander: Steve Prohm to Iowa State. That’s interesting. I think he’ll do well. He’s certainly deserving of this kind of chance.

@brentblum: Prohm a rising star with X's and O's and personality. Plays quick, visually pleasing style. Question is never worked outside of South.

@MattNorlander: Prohm has four years of head coaching experience, all at Murray State. Has a 104-29 record and nurtured two NBA-level PGs.

If TJ leaves we're so screwed in the recruiting dept. and back to irrelevancy for ISU BBall in a few years.

Why would TJ leave? He LOVES it in Ames. He WANTED to move back just to be an assistant and raise his family here. His wife PLAYED at ISU. No reason to leave at all... Came back to be an assistant and he will be an assistant.

It's possible Prohm would like his own staff

Cautiously optimistic. Out of the known candidates I would have been on board with him, Underwood, or TJ. Hopefully we keep TJ on staff.

Yes... Orr, TF, LE and WM had serious problems getting recruits to come here. I have to think that without TJ we are screwed!!
