Any apology or statement from BDJ

Hard to apologize about this without sounding like its a joke. "I'm sorry we were loud playing video games on a school night and our neighbor called the cops on us..."

***** men need to grow up and act their age instead of calling cops like a bunch of children.

I would hate to live next to BDJ neighbors.

And it matters why? Fred probably had him do it privately. I know it sounds like him scolding a child, but both him and White acted like children in this. If someone tells you to stop doing something you should probably just stop, and it's possible to handle things without calling the police every time you get bugged by someone.

I suggest doing one via video.

After reading these threads... Im realizing I should have apologized to a lot more people when I was in college.

Handcuffed and jailed for loud music. I would hope our tax dollars could be better spent.

Haven't heard or noticed --- any statement from BDJ about the incident?

I would never advise a defendant to make any statements until you know more charges won't be filed (within 45 days of the incident). Until then, any type of apology could be misinterpreted as an admission of guilt. At this stage, he's doing the right thing in not saying anything as the county attorney has said more serious charges may still be filed.

He should also be apologizing to everyone of his neighbors who has had to walk through his trash and vomit...

And you know it was his trash/vomit based on? Perhaps you had a DNA test to determine it belonged to BDJ? Or, perhaps the floor only has two units, BDJ's and the complainant's? Or, maybe there are two sides to every story and you've only heard one side from a person who is obviously not partial and who may have other reasons or not liking BDJ and Nader?

My Coach, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.

Who really cares? The only reason people care is because he plays basketball for a high profile school. Dudes probably taking 12 credits this semester considering he has ALREADY graduated, so who cares if he parties. Cops can deal with it as they like, many MANY people get arrested on campus for crap far worse than this and no one gives a damn.

There's a grey area in life, that people like to ignore for the purpose of saving face on their stupid interwebs persona. So he had a party where people and possibly himself, were smoking pot.... You mean like 85% of any party on a college campus in America??? Nothing to see her folks. If he doesn't learn he will mess up and get kicked off the team, then I'm sure you will get your contrived apology.

Any statement would be "I can't comment on the situation while the courts are still looking at the facts". Would that make you feel better?

Pretty difficult to make a statement that doesn't already include what we haven't heard. Don't pick a scab. Do your time and move on. The best way to make this go away is win, play well the rest of the season and don't f up again. Like others have said, the only one he owes the apology to, if there is one, is to the rest of the guys on the team.
