While I know that we're looking for all the national and regional tv exposure we can, etc. I'm constantly getting frustrated about how long it takes to get out game times.
For instance, we're almost two weeks away from Baylor and we're still TBA. For those traveling 4 hours like us, that could mean we'll need to leave early Saturday morning for a 2:30pm kick-off or get a hotel on Friday night for a 11am kick-off or get a hotel for Saturday night for a night game.
Not only that but when you're making the trip and trying to schedule family events, work, etc and unable to firm up any plans because you're still in limbo about kick-off time just over two weeks out is just frustrating.
Last year they pulled a doozie on us when they released the tentative schedule with all the Saturdays and then flipped a number of them to night games and a couple of Thursday night games. That really sucked when you're a season ticket holder that's traveling from a decent distance.
I just wish that once they set the schedule, it would also include firm times.
That is all. Rant over.
