Not trying to stir the fire but wouldn't "long standing" be someone like Lazard? Could be why ISU is still chasing Kenric Young. Probably not likely, but is somebody an insider who has already read that it's Mister?

It is neither and you are pretty far off so no sense in speculating.

You guys, if this was Lazard or Mister it would be a headline with his name on it and not mysterious. He would get way more clicks by using those names. It's probably a more middle of the road recruit for us. Either way it's never good to lose a commit.

I would say this kid's committment is certainly in limbo. The kid literally doesn't know if he has a committable offer anymore.

I'm guessing it has nothing to do with position, just that one of the commits is working to get qualified academically.
