Trevon Young's 2013 stats @ IWCC:
23 solos, 18 assists, 20 TFLs, 11.5 sacks, 1 FF, 2 FR, 4 P BrUp
It's his first year @ IWCC, but I'd wager with production like that (and he was a 1st-Team All Conference Player) that he is on our radar (and others') despite his past troubles. Beings he had trouble in his past, I'd think most would want him to prove himself over the course of 2 seasons @ IWCC; therefore, he is not a 1-year JC player looking to go D-1 now.
He is looking to go D1 now. Now has offers from Ark, ole Miss, Iowa, Louisville, And Indiana. He said the other day he is going to commit in the next couple weeks.
That would be Brian Mills. This kid looks more along the lines of T.J. Mutcherson. :biggrin:RS and bulk him into an LB. Jeremiah was 5'10 191lbs out of high school.
I'm assuming that he wants to enroll in January, then, and go through Spring ball. I'm not sure how many January spots we have available, since they're clearly holding one for Harris. He is looking to go D1 now. Now has offers from Ark, ole Miss, Iowa, Louisville, And Indiana. He messed up in high school, but hopefully has grown up enough now not to run with the wrong crowd..
Not exactly. You also have to consider the 85 scholarship limit, which means that guys who are going to graduate have to have completed their studies in December, rather than still using them in the Spring term. Further, while January scholarships can be applied towards the previous year, that's just a convenient way of accounting--they can apply to the current class as well. The 85 limit is generally the sticking point for January. You can have as many January guys as you want. The limitation is how many can count toward the previous class.

Kenric Young's tweet.
I've asked this before in other threads, but never gotten an answer (as far as I can tell).
Is there a limit on the number of official visits a school can grant? I know there is a limit on the number of official visits a recruit can take, but I don't know about a limit for the school. For instance, when Lazard took an official visit to Notre Dame, did that reduce the number of official visits that Notre Dame can offer to other recruits?

Thought this was interesting. Seems that Jordan Harris a Juco LB we are wanting real bad has said he would host JT Gray on his January visit if Jordan Harris ends up being an ISU commit in the next few weeks and enrolls at ISU. A very good sign IMO. We need Jordan Harris bad as he would be a great commit.

We'll see how many guys are December grads, and how many elect to transfer out, I guess.
