Official 2014 Recruiting thread

Let's just say (for the sake of discussion) that Wesley commits to the good guys...

how many more WRs would we take in this class? Would we still pursue Kenric Young and Geranimo? (Assuming they're the next best WRs).
I wouldn't assume that they are the "next best", considering there are plenty of ISU offers out there. Both do, however, seem to be a priority. And heck yes, the coaches still would.

The person who always gets pissy when someone says what one of the coaches might do, says this? Hypocrites are us, you have no idea if that position group is full or not.

I think Wesley and Young would be great to get and I wouldn't mind getting both and being done with recruiting WR for this class

Anyone want to fill us in on any possible issues here? Scout.com: Lazard still looking?

Will visit ISU for Iowa or Texas.
Will visit ND for OU or USC games (USC probably) Will know after this if he will switch.

Will probably take officials to Oregon and Stanford.

Not bothered by ND having 2 WR commits. Likes how ND will use him (Floyd/Eifert) and all the resources offered outside football.

In Florida for AAU tournament currently.

Scout reporter really likes ND's chances.

I'm assuming you mean... Did Allen get a haircut?!?
:jimlad:

I'll agree with djcubby that this is just an attempt to gain subscribers. Allen has been pretty adamant that he just wants to use his visits to travel and meet new people. He seems very committed. However I'm just as anxious as everyone else for the fax machine to start beeping next spring!

Don't follow this guy to Vegas. ND Scout reporter likes the chances of switching someone 97% committed to another team...fighting in that 3% between Oregon and Stanford also. I will say this, I like their chances of being the runner up.

Lazard himself told the Des Moines Register it was a 97% chance he goes to ISU, so the Scout reporter really like a 3% chance?

Remember these are the same blowhards that said Lazard was only going to ISU because of his "GF."

Just reported what the article said and that the reporter added that in her forum post.

Also Anna, is pretty fair. She is from North Carolina and is a Clemson grad. Never been to a game in South Bend before. Her Scout job is recruiting for the state of Indiana and Notre Dame specifically.
