Here is the last 10 NCAA football championship head coaches.
Nick Saban
Gene Chizik
Urban Meyer
Les Miles
Mack Brown
Pete Carroll

One of those guys doesn't belong. Can you guess? Your argument is invalid.

What the **** is it with people thinking college football has anything to do with the NBA?

What's funny is due to curry and Ames own Harrison Barnes Karl will be going home in the first round AGAIN!

The lack of argument that can be made for Karl is becoming laughable, just keep avoiding making an actual valid point.

I've made one, which everyone agrees with. You keep trolling along with this Spoelstra bs. U are providing laughter, so thank you for doing so.

That he has won more games than Spoelstra? That's really it?

Spoelstra has a higher winning percentage, has made the playoffs a higher percentage of the time, has been to more finals, has won more titles.

To paraphrase District himself regarding Karl:

Wow, he led a lot of mediocre teams to mediocrity. I'm pretty impressed.

The fact that a couple of your butt buddies agree with you, does not in any way mean you're right. Just means all three of you have a lack of NBA knowledge. I already knew that about HFCS with his nonstop Durant is better than LeBron argument last year.

Name a team outside of the Pistons who had less stars on it than Karl had on his successful teams. You can't. He had Carmelo and a washed up Iverson, washed up Billups and JR Smith. That doesn't approach a Conference Championship series roster. It's like the Cavs except LeBron was just that much better than Carmelo and Carmelo can't do everything to help a team win.

Do you honestly think Spoelstra could have done what Karl did with some of those rosters? I'm fairly certain I could win 1/2 championships with Speolstras rosters.

What? Why are you comparing his Nuggets teams to the Pistons? He's only got them out of the first round once let alone get them to the Finals. His Sonics teams had two All NBA guys and a great supporting cast, those teams definitely had the talent to win a championship.

Do what? Get them to the playoffs? He did that with a starting front court of Beasley, Jermaine O'Neal and Q Richardson, so absolutely I think he could have taken the Nuggets to a first round loss.

I appreciate that you're actually trying to make an argument though.

1) You need to learn to read. I said more than that.

2) I've had disagreements with people who agree with me on this. You know you are wrong and are spinning in a circle trying to win your argument. I get you're a Heat fan, that's cool. Though it's not hard to use common sense on stuff like this.

you keep making this argument, yet you ignore Dwayne Wade in his prime. keep spinning.

I never said that, I said Durant made the MVP decision much closer than it was perceived last year as evidenced by the fact that people would bring up LeBron's rebounding numbers as part of the argument when KD outrebounded him. LBJ is awesome, he deserves all the MVPs he gets, he'll probably deserve MVPs he doesn't get when the voters get bored and gift somebody else the way they gave MVPs to other players besides Jordan.

This is the only post where you actually tried to make a case for Karl:

is this serious?

Karl has 1137 wins
Spoelstra has 394

Spoelstra actually only has 260 wins, but he's 260-134, .660 winning percentage.
Karl is 1137-756, a .599 winning percentage - So since we're loving college football analogies in this thread this is like arguing that Kirk Ferentz is a better coach than Chip Kelly since Ferentz has 112 wins and Kelly only has 46.

Spoelstra get's spoon fed by Pat Riley. Karl never has had the kind of talent to win it all.

And Karl has never won it, and he's only got out of the first round once in the last 10 years, while having a legit elite scorer on his team for most of those years. So he might not have the talent to win it all, but he also apparently hasn't even had the talent to make it to the second round more than 10% of his time. Also in his time in Seattle he had two guys who were consistently All-NBA, had enough talent to win 60+ game three times, and he was coach of the biggest first round choke job in NBA history. So Spoelstra has won with the talent he's coached and Karl hasn't come close to winning with the talent he's had.

Karl has been to the playoffs 20 times.
Spoelstra 4 times

This is also wrong, Spoelstra has been in 5 times in 5 years, again back to the college football analogy, this is like saying Ferentz is better than Kelly since he's been to more bowl games

how this is even a debate, I have no idea. George Karl shouldn't be in the same breath as Spoelstra. I apologize to Karl for even arguing such an obvious debate.

This is like most of your posts have been, not making any point, because you simply don't have a case as to why Karl should definitively be ahead of Spoelstra.

Does that about cover it?

Now who's the one spinning the argument? LOL
