Tip Top?

I heard a rumor that Tip Top has been bought out to make room for something else. Surely they wouldn't do this to me right before the start of the season! Has anyone else heard this or is it false?

Tip Top should be put on the historic registry. Very few taverns like that left and it should be maintained forever.

As an AGR Alum I hope this isn't true! I made it there at bar open for every home game my junior and senior year.
