If they take a couple Big 12 members with them like some of the rumors out there, it would be a very good fit for Texas. They would be the football king of the conference and have their best shot at BCS and they wouldn't have to play in the cold weather that the Big 10 offers.

Would they still be called the Atlantic Coast Conference

Actually the ACC or Pac12 would make a better cultural fit for Texas.

Does anyone know how to check that flight tracker to see if the ADs are in fact meeting in KC tonight?

My new Big 12:

Big East Division
UConn
Syracuse
Pitt
South Florida
WV
Louisville
Rutgers
Cincy

Big West Division
Mizzou
ISU
KU
KSU
TCU
Baylor
Houston
BYU

This story runs a little contrary to the tweets about Pac 12, but last night a representative of ISUs athletic interests was spotted outside of B1G headquarters in Rosemont, IL.

Of course it was really just me, a Cyclone Club member, stopped at a light after picking up my daughter from Daycare, but I think that's how half of these stories are started. I'm old school and don't have a twitter account so someone else would need to twit or tweet.
Do you look like JP? That was you? Should have known. You had no plane.

I don't think we should leave this one to Twitter. Can we have Clone sources staking out Arthur Bryants tonight? It is impossible to go to KC without visiting there. So I think that is our best bet.
Maybe a side agent at Oklahoma Joes if we have the resources.

Chip's latest article completely discredited him i think. He lists off 5 reasons the ACC isn't crazy, so in other words Deloss Dodds called him and said "We need to spread some rumor about going to the ACC for leverage over OU, write an article making an arguemnt why the ACC makes sense."

The article is a joke, total Texas BS.
UT is running out of options. If none of the rumors work to get the upperhand over OU, they will have to announce for the CFL. OU and UT are like two babies fighting over the same toy.

Rivals.com College Football - Superconferences: Which 64 teams belong?

Rivals "experts" stating their 64 teams for the BCS conferences. ISU not included on any of them...

Yeah...was just going to post this. What a bunch of jagoffs.

Isn't Rivals just ESPN's mouthpiece anymore? We already know half of the people at the Mothership refuse to do any more than about 5 seconds worth of any real research on any subject that relates to ISU, the other half have never even heard of us. And of the first half, most of them are rooting for ISU's demise with googily eyes as if watching the destruction of ISU is some long dreamed mad science experiment.

Well, I guess if somebody has to sit around and eat BBQ all night I can suck it up and do it. Sounds better than mowing my lawn.... I'll head to Joes (Bryants sauce just isn't my thing).

I work on their floor. Let me know what you need done. Their offices used to be open for people to come in and buy lunch off of whatever vendor was there, so the office is not a fortress.
We want you to pose as a janitor and after the meeting tonight go in and clean out the garbage for clues.

The first guy also excluded Kansas. Obviously their rankings have nothing to do with academics. The presidents of the schools in each conference will be making these decisions - not the ADs.

That first guy is obviously a K-State guy.
