This story runs a little contrary to the tweets about Pac 12, but last night a representative of ISUs athletic interests was spotted outside of B1G headquarters in Rosemont, IL.

Of course it was really just me, a Cyclone Club member, stopped at a light after picking up my daughter from Daycare, but I think that's how half of these stories are started. I'm old school and don't have a twitter account so someone else would need to twit or tweet.

The ACC smoke is to bend the B1G to have Texas share in BTN money. B1G has told Texas they can keep LHN, just not keep get any profits from BTN.

We'll get on it right away. Glad to know we have influential donors in B1G Country looking out for our interests.

Is chip the only one reporting this ACC stuff? Seems everyone else that's talked to their sources in the ACC has said no way.

Chip's latest article completely discredited him i think. He lists off 5 reasons the ACC isn't crazy, so in other words Deloss Dodds called him and said "We need to spread some rumor about going to the ACC for leverage over OU, write an article making an arguemnt why the ACC makes sense."

The article is a joke, total Texas BS.

I regularly drive by their downtown office on Chicago Ave. and see the sign outside the building. Between us I'm sure we'll get the invite.

I got ya covered. Maybe this will lead to some time of turf war in between the B1G and the Pac12? Thoughts?

Am I crazy to think that ACC makes way more sense for Texas than the Pac-12 or Big Ten? I'm not saying I think there's anything to those rumors, but I can see them fitting in a lot better in that conference.

As I've said before, ISU, Missouri, Kansas, KState and Baylor at the minimum need to keep the shell of the conference together for at least 2 more seasons. Collect the exit fees and have a season or two of BCS qualification for a school that might not otherwise have a chance. The more I think about it, Texas and TT would be silly not to do this as well.

Depends on our options.

We had that whole lear from Oakland to Ames wrong last night. No Pac12 member was aboard it. We should have known that.

It was flown here to pick up JP and GG and fly them back to Oakland. The Pac12 is courting us here. We aren't going to fly our own plane.

Someone get on flight aware and track that baby.

Also, kudos to CyBer. I can't rep you anymore right now. I vote CyBer as Cyclonefanatic's top in-depth reporter! Chris, you need to get this guy on the payroll.

Has anyone heard, even rumors, of the big XII or any other schools besides UT talking to OU about anything. Seems odd, either the five have a set plan or UT is getting worked still.

Hopefully Larry Scott is getting played for our benefit, but I'm not holding out hope.

Very credible sources I found on internets told me that in a surprise move, OU and OSU decided to join the CUSA. they feel this would be a good way to maintain their recruiting pipeline in Texas, but not have to work with those meanies. In response, Texas has considered taking TTech & Baylor to the Mountain west. Dodds was reportedly very pleased with the negotiations as all other teams agreed to pay Texas 90% of all revenue for the conference and they get to keep their LHN.

Someone better tweet this out! Credible internets source.

I work on their floor. Let me know what you need done. Their offices used to be open for people to come in and buy lunch off of whatever vendor was there, so the office is not a fortress.

If they take a couple Big 12 members with them like some of the rumors out there, it would be a very good fit for Texas. They would be the football king of the conference and have their best shot at BCS and they wouldn't have to play in the cold weather that the Big 10 offers.
