I'm pretty sure that the second or third post in your thread was a graph showing a downward slope. Meaning the crime rates are not going up, disproving your hypothesis. Also, how does this one incident prove that crime rates are going up?

The graph didnt have data from 2010, and I also posted several other incidences in that thread to show what I was talking about.
Not only that but I never said "THE CRIME RATE IS GOING UP!" I said "it seemed like the crime rate was going up".
And then I had the trolls jump down my throat.
He demanded cash and cigarettes. The clerk complied. He shot her anyway. The clerk was pronounced DOA at the Algona hospital. Tragic senseless murder of a mother with young children.
The suspect then went to the Kum & Go in Humboldt about a half hour away and did the same thing killing that clerk as well.

Two guys robbed the gas station by me a few months back with shotguns... this is a tiny gas station that doesn't even get that much business. They robbed it at 5:30 AM, probably wasn't hardly any money in the register (its not open all night). They were driving some very disinguishable silver car... after the robbery they drove around the same suburb for over an hour, and were pulled over at 6:45 like a mile away from the gas station in the same car that the clerk had described to the cops.
Yep, these gas station robbers aren't exactly De Niro's crew from Heat.

Normally, I take these kinds of things in stride. I use dark humor to hide my insecurities on issues like tragic, meaningless killings. Most of the time, I can grasp the evil in this world of ours, accept it for what it is, and move on.
Not this time. This one makes me angry, and I'm not a man that gets angry too often. I want this kid to suffer in this world, not in the next place.
