why have a night game if it isn't on a regional station
Question for you DirectTV subscribers out there:
We have Cox cable here, and I can call them on Saturday morning, sign up for the Sports tier at $5-$6/month (can't recall exactly). After watching the game I can call them back and cancel the sports tier and get charged for 1/30 of a month, or less than twenty-five cents to watch the game.
How does this work on DirecTV? Do you have to subscribe for a full month, or can you get the sports tier for just a day at a time?
I think us Dish Network people are screwed.
Because FCS is considered national...(looks like they have regional channels too).
Get Fox College Sports!
We have the Total Choice Plus package with Directv and have always gotten FCS games in the past without the sports pack. I don't know if it will be that way this year or not.
You were wise, O kema sabe. You probbaly were the one that caused their policy change.Used to be able to do this, but now they make you wait the full month or at least bill you the whole month.
I did this a few years ago a bunch of times and it would cost less than a $1 to watch a game and then just cancel it online right after.
DirecTV got wise though.

Three straight weeks of games not available anywhere on Dish Network.
The Big 12 TV contract is horrible.
