Does anyone think that Bo Williams would have a shot at playing deffense? I think there is so much talk of him moving down on the depth chart and everyone else improving i wonder if he could give linebacker or saftey a try?? Just a thought!

i hope he does get to run the ball.. i hope he is a great running back for us... but with all the talk of him moving down didnt know if he would give line backer a shot?

i just really question if he has the hands to be an effective option in this offense.
Well, you know, there may be times that we actually have a lead, and are trying to run out the clock. Then, a good sized back with some speed makes for an effective option, hands or not.

The chances of him just starting to play linebacker right now and being a worth a damn at it are roughly 0.

Hopefully Herman will use the weapons that Bo provides in any way he can.
I think TH will do that.

This. He didn't get a full ride to Florida for sucking. Is he a prototypical back for this system? No, but Herman has made it very clear that the "system" is more about utilizing the talent available as effectively as possible rather than pounding square pegs into round holes.

There will be plays drawn up to suit Bo's running style, just like there will be for Schwartz.

Also, he may not be the featured tailback in the current system because of poor catching ability, but ARob can't play the whole game. Bo will get his chances to run the ball and when he does, I think he will make some things happen. Always a good idea to have multiple types of rushers available.

Bo has rapid acceleration and hits the holes. The guy can flat out run. I still believe he will be a factor for us this season. He's a game player.

If Bo can make a positive impact on defense he should and should want to do what it takes to win. Athletes want to play not sit on the bench and play 3-4 play as game. This goes for everyone.

Um, he's def. gonna be at running back. He hasn't played in a game yet. They have yet to be able to evaluate to how he can fit into a gameday attack.

Has anyone even seen the depth chart yet? How does anyone know he's moving down it? Maybe it's Swartz moving down. Everything I've heard thus far in my opinion has been smoke and until we see the depth chart no one really knows where he's at.
