Onside Kick

i was watching the replay tonight. I highly recommend going back and rewatching the hit Soehner put on their jump ball guy near the sideline on Tech’s onside kick in Q4. Not too often you see somebody 6.5’+ with their feet over their head. Wow!

I still don’t know what happened to Mike Rose about that time.

New overtime rule

The debut of the new overtime rule happened today. Virginia tech and unc went to 6 OT. Starting in OT5 teams take turns attempting 2 point conversions.

What does everyone think of this change? It's something that wont happen much, but in the rare instance it does, is it a good thing?

Probably shaved well over half an hour off this game.

FS: Non-con MBB tickets

So I've gone through my work/kid schedules and the following non-conference games I won't be able to attend and so my tickets are available if anyone is interested. I have 5 seats together (seats 13-17), on the aisle, in the top row (row 17) of section 216. I also have a Gold level parking pass for each game. I can transfer the tickets electronically but the pass must be mailed. I can also meet up at the remaining football games to handle the transfer (I have the tickets in hand). All tickets are $20/each and if you buy 4 or 5 tickets you get the parking pass for free.

Games available:
Northern Illinois (Tues, 11/12 @ 7:00)
Southern Miss (Tues, 11/19 @ 7:00)
Kansas City (Wed, 12/4 @ 7:00)
Purdue Fort Wayne (Sun, 12/22 @ 12:00)
Florida A&M (Tues, 12/31 @ 6:00)

Email me at: [email protected] if you are interested. Thanks.

How do I listen to live post game interviews

How do I listen to the live post-game interviews? I have Cyclones.tv but it's not available live. I seem to remember they used to play it on the radio so you could listen to it on your drive home but I haven't found that to be the case anymore

Edit: Sorry, I should have been more clear. I have heard the 100.3 post-game reactions with Williams and Whitver. But I am looking to hear the live Matt Campbell interviews and post-game press conference.

JT led lights?

I've recently seen quite a few stadiums switch to LED lighting, allowing ability to also change color, example: Alabama.

This would be a sweet upgrade to Jack Trice experience! Imagine juicy wiggle during a night game with lights semi off or with some flash?

Green Bay does some sort of flashing for touchdowns, the options are endless.

Thoughts?

SOLD

I have four tickets for Homecoming weekend vs. Oklahoma State. Seats are in Section M, row 3. Near restrooms and concessions. Easy in, easy out. Aisle seats that are one step up from the section entrance. Great view of the field.

Supposed to be Sunny and mid 50's. Finally some football weather!

Section M
Row 3
Seats 1-4

Tickets can be transferred via ISU Ticket Exchange. No parking pass.

$180 OBO for all four.

Where is Brocktember?

Why does ISU always start the year off so slow with unnecessary losses under Campbell? He talks all summer about how prepared they are and the "process".. However it seems his process starts midseason, when out of title game contention. Maybe he should start the process a month earlier. The team doesn't even look the same, mainly play calling, (coaches) as it did those first few games.
