UFOs: Cmdr. David Fravor on Rogan

Just getting around to watching this. Maybe it’s the Evan Williams but this **** is crazy. I’ve never been a UFO guy but this seems more credible than the Bob Lazar sightings and actually confirms some of his stuff. The NYT article evidently came out a couple years ago but I’ve never seen it. Are there any logical explanations for Commander Fravor’s reports?

Kansas City Royals Tickets

Hello Fanatics,
I have a pair of vouchers for two tickets to a KC Royals game this year. Picked up as part of a gift basket and I don't think we have plans to go down to KC this spring/summer. There are some restrictions listed on voucher (see photo).

I have two of these. PM me an offer.

Celebrity Deaths

With the recent sudden death of Kobe Bryant, I was wondering how CF handles celebrity deaths. Every person deals with death differently, and some celebrities do things that resonate more personally with us. Circumstances of the deaths come into play, as well as age.

Personally, I rarely get too affected by a famous person's death. I don't have the same connection that others do. Maybe if I had some personal story with someone it would be different, but otherwise I'm mostly detached. As a dad, I tend to get more empathetic towards the kids left behind than anything.

How do others on here react? Has there been a certain death that hit home more than others? Was there a reason?

The first and most powerful celebrity death I really recall was watching Christa McAuliffe perish during the Challenger disaster on tv during grade school. Our teacher absolutely broke down and was inconsolable. I can still picture the whole event clearly.

FS: Hotel Rooms Big 12 Tourney

Good morning all!
I have 2, 2 queen bed, hotel rooms that I am looking to get rid of for the Big 12 tourney weekend. They are at the Crowne Plaza which is right down by the Sprint Center and P&L District. I will keep this post up for a few weeks, and if I don't get any interest I will drop the rooms. I got them at a great rate, about $150 per night plus tax. Message me if you are interested and we can go from there.

Recommend Handyman or other

So we bought a sectional and paid to have it delivered and set up. We measured whether it would fit in the room, but I neglected to measure the door opening to the basement where it is going. I know. I'm really feeling smart.

The delivery guys recommended removing the trim around the door which would free up a couple of inches which is all we would need to get it down the stairs.

Can anyone recommend someone who could do this in the Des Moines area? I would need someone to remove the trim and then reinstall it.

Thanks!
