On That Note: I Love My Calendar Girl

Welcome back to "On That Note," CF’s weekly go-to for music exploration, hosted by @MeanDean, @cyclones500 and myself.

This week we are looking at songs and lyrics which reference the 12 different months of the year.

For this topic the just the word month will not do. A specific month must be mentioned. Also certain months i.e. March and May appear in many songs where they are not talking about them as months. It must be clear that they are talking about the month in calendar form.

SEZ Season Tickets & Parking Pass

I am looking at selling my season tickets and parking pass for the 2020 season. We are having our second kiddo and won't make it to any games this season. Will sell everything at cost +$200. Parking pass will most likely be C2. The SEZ will be sold out again this year. I can purchase and sell individually for more money but would rather have someone buy in one large package.

Is anything known yet about the 2020-2021 MBB non-con schedule?

I am wondering how soon next season we will be able to know if the Prohm supporters are right and next season will be a miraculous turnaround, or that the rest of us are right and next season will be a bad one again? Is anything known yet about the non-conference schedule, and what games could be early indicators about the rest of the season?

Nebraska to open first-ever "brand-building program" for athletes

Probably just a sign of the time, especially as we inch closer to NCAA allowing student-athletes to make money off their likeness. But a school so in denial like Nebraska spending money to add a program to help players get more followers is about as on-brand as it gets in Lincoln.

But for now, it's hilarious to think of Martinez being late for practice, gripping to the handicap rails in the bathroom for dear life since he took too much of his Instagram fit tea he promoted.

Is there any reason to not refinance?

With rates being at near an all time low is there any reason not to refinance? I understand it could potentially lower your credit score a bit, but other than that if you are paying off a 30 year fixed it almost always makes sense to doesn't it?

Example: We're currently at a 3.625%, current rates are 3%. This would save us x number of dollars on our mortgage. It costs $1,500-1,600 in fees, dividing that number by x means that I would have the fees paid off in roughly 18 months.
