Hey Chris, sorry to bug you as I know you’re are busy, but I would like to cancel my premium account and switch to patreon. I do not utilize the message board. I get emailed the payments, but when I log into PayPal I cannot find, so unfortunately I have not be able to cancel and switch on my own.

Ever get a response? Only thing I have thought of is disputing the charges.

If you get the nerve, try separate the point and flat. It is really hard to get comfortable doing it. Then you can smoke each to the same internal temp. Also I don't have any shame, after 6-7 hours it is smoked. In the winter I finish in the oven at the same temp as the smoker. Good luck.

I've separated the point and flat a number of times as it really cuts down on pellet use and cook time. It does take some time though to get it separated. I have a thermal blanket on my GMG DB and I smoke year round. Anything around 12 lbs or so I will not separate as the point is small. I think the point has more flavor than the flat does. Appreciate the comments!!
