I don't think that the refs are out to "get us" or "keep us down." But it is getting really hard to accept that all these bad calls are just in our head or coincidental. :unsure:

Yes, they would be idiots. However, you would then have to buy into the fact that they are selective idiots to discount a conspiracy. Because true ignorance has no bias.....and you can't get half pregnant if you know what I mean?

IMO the refs side with the favorites on questionable calls because if they make a terrible call and screw over the little guy then the general public on a national scale will soon forget about the terrible call. But if they make a terrible call and that is the reason for the upset then that mistake will never be forgotten. So if in doubt they rule in favor of the power teams. Much safer call from the ref's perspective.
