Yes and no. Instead of a :40 clock starting when the previous play ends, it's a :25 clock starting when the ball is set for the next play. How much time is gained/lost is dependent on how fast the ball is spotted and set.

In reality, it's more like :33-:35 between plays.
Also they have a ref responsible only for spotting the ball
 
Didn’t realize that Kenny Robinson (EX WVU and either was a commit or was very interested in ISU) left WVU with eligibility left and instead of transferring went to the XFL.

This league IS tougher than the NFL.
 
I guess the Seattle Dragons are going to play up their own version of the "12th Man" with the cauldron lighting before each game.

If you boot it out of bounds or if it doesnt land in 20 to goal line area for returner, the ball is placed at your 45.
