WVU and Tuesday weather

Last time this happened, the HD ESPN truck got stuck and we had to watch the game in SD....that's our nightmare for out of staters.

Im getting word that they are already discussing moving this game to Morgantown...

Just flip the home dates, right? Seems like there would be no problems at all with doing this. :psmile:

I'd be up for it since we'd have several weeks notice. WVU, not so much.

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was calling himself instantweathermaps.com

I mean, it's fun to look at and everything, but there's no sense in worrying or planning around it until at least inside of 72 hours.

It's a "hmmm, that looks interesting" then move on with the rest of my day type of deal for now.

As the one that's posted them... thats pretty much how i take them. I'm not making\changing any plans based on the potential storm yet.

We could probably fit about 20 people in my apartment in Ames if anyone wants to come up Monday to avoid the storm LOL. Make it to the game people!!

It will be a lot easier just to meet at Pizza Pit/Welch Ave station throughout the day. Everything else will be closed, no one will be working.

Right?

It's fine in small forums and discussions, I don't dislike discussion...it's the wildfire that takes place on things like facebook where it gets shared a bazillion times, most of the time without any context or labeling of what it is you're looking at.

Too many people take it as gospel, (and end up mis-attributing it) not realizing that these sort of storms routinely pop up in the models without ever actually coming to fruition anywhere (let alone original target) a good percentage of the time.

Those darn "social mediarologists"!

Just hope it doesn't come early and trap the presidential candidates in the state.

Ready for the caucuses to be done.

If the snow should happen let the students sit in any empty seat Great to have noise coming from all directions and not just under the baskets

IF (an that's all we know now) we get some winter precip, JP needs to come out with some way to get every ISU student to game (safely) for free. Have CyRide picking up students. Donors who can't make it donate tickets, and we fill the whole lower bowl with students and give them a hot dog, pop (so they can mix with their flask) for the game. Fill Hilton one way or another, Fill r up!!!

Honestly, I don't care if I can't see more than 2 feet in front of me, I'll just leave earlier, but I'm not missing any game at Hilton.

West Virginia will possibly be without Jonathan Holton as he was suspended indefinitely. (9.7 points, 7.5 rebounds and is at the front of their press)

You can all use the Ticket Exchange to give all your tickets to those of us who live in Ames!

Huggins would love to play in a half empty Hilton, I doubt he lets them change it. Open up all empty seats to students.
