Anybody catch Pollard on KXNO yesterday? He twice mentioned 'student athletes and staff' were involved in the gambling issue. Can somebody here confirm that prominent wrestling staff isn't involved or should we be worried?

I personally took it to mean like trainers and such which are still considered staff.

As far as I know, until the DCI comes out with what was or is illegal and who is being "prosecuted" (which from what I read, most everything is a misdemeanor) ISU can't do much.

I have no idea about wrestling specifically, but there will be athletes at Iowa/ISU who are punished because they broke NCAA rules not because they broke the law.

Correct. But nobody knows what rules were broken until the DCI releases what they found. So...DCI---> ISU---> NCAA ---> Punishment
