At first I thought this was the answer, but he has two hands and it's not like he does the full 3 Stooges double handed eye poke. He's eye poking with one hand and the other can still try to get a block, I mean we're talking about .1 per game as a starter.

That's all fine and good, but using both hands would require some basic coordination. The only coordination he has is hand-eye coordination, iykwimaityd.
