It's the front row not getting in position and getting hands on the ball. Part of it is due to Carlini and her superior setting. There is no way Nolan can get in position if the front doesn't do its job.

Need to just loosen up and have fun in what could be their last game of the season. All the errors suggest they are too tight. Would love a repeat of when they came from an 0-2 start to take three straight over highly-ranked Oregon a few years back.
