I'm looking for recommendations for a wireless headset for my phone. I do quite a bit of driving and want to be able to use it for hands-free calls while driving and also would like to be able to keep talking when I get put of my vehicle and am walking around jobsites. In other words, I want to put it in my ear in the morning and leave it in all day.

I had an over the head style like this and the audio was ok, but always kept getting knocked off.

They're earbuds, but are supposed to be good for calls. You can use just the right one if you want to keep an ear open. Can't leave it in all day but it has probably 4 hours of life and then the case can recharge it multiple times.

This is a tough one to answer.

I've tested a bunch of Plantronics ones for call centers and they always have good quality audio. With that said, the ones I tested only had 6 or so hours of talk time and they are built for call center people who are not out moving around.

My wife use Airpod Pro's and they are great but $$$ and once again you have only so many hours on them. They do work well by just using one.

I have some cheap soundPEATS that I bought for $22 off of amazon that work suprsingly well for mowing and such.
Amazon.com: SoundPEATS Wireless Earbuds TrueFree2 Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones in-Ear Stereo TWS Sports Earbuds, IPX7 Waterproof, Customized Ear Fins, USB-C Charge, Monaural/Binaural Calls, 20 Hours Playtime: Electronics

For all days use though, I don't really like something in my ear the whole time.

Is it possible for you to just use the bluetooth in your car and have everything go through the speakers and then buy somerthing for the time you're out of your car? Do you spend most of the time in your car?

Just by a new car. Subaru makes a nice product. But you might want to wait for driverless cars to go full hands free!!!;)

I was going to suggest something similar, the Raycon wireless earbuds. Put one in and when the battery gets low on that stick it in the charging case and use the other ear. charge the case at night and you'll be good to go for the next day. I have a set and while I don't use them every day I have used them for a few phone calls and worked just fine.

I used to be in the camp of wireless earbuds are pretty pointless

It varies a lot. Some days I'm driving most of the day. Other days I'm running around jobsites the majority of the day. On those days it's very convenient to put it in my ear and leave it there all day.

They have better blue tooth’s than the one you showed. I prefer a smaller one then one where it looks like I’m taking order from McDonalds. I’ve seen ones that more cover most of your ear.
