I cant believe this is an actual thing. I suppose the majority of the foriegn teams are US players who have a parent that is a citizen of that country or something similar to that.

I've read about this before. The U.S. teams have all sorts of crazy rules (no professional experience, equal # of players from d1/d2/d3) and they still kick the **** out of every team there
