No issues on Android with pre-game betting. I dont typically do in game betting so I can't answer that.

Finally was able to get on to the New App.
What a clusterfuck that was.

If you live in IA do you still have to physically go to a sports book to be able to bet? I’m coming home tomorrow for two weeks and I’m going to be bored out of my mind. But not so bored that I want to do some stupid IA betting run around.
I was having the same issue but it still wouldn’t work when I got the code. Probably 8-10 times.
I found what worked is when you login the new app just click forgot your password. You’ll get an email in like 10 minutes with a link to reset it and then go through instruction. It will text you a code to put on to verify.
It's been an hour and I still don't have a code. So weird. Why would they even tell anyone about it until everything was totally done, tested, and ready?
It takes less than 5 min, but yes kind of a hassle especially if you aren't one to go to a casino normally

Yep I drove to Jefferson earlier this fall. Haven’t used Bill Hill since.
DK is much better. We’ll see if the new WH app is improved.
Little known fact, if your ID expires, you need to provide it again -- as I found out. So I have not gone back to Jefferson to do that.
Do you still need to go to the casino to deposit money to your account? Asking for someone who bet the wrong side of a few games.
I’m unsure about WH, but with DK you do not. They allow you to do electronic transfers through paypal, and other various banking methods
