Will ISU offer Bo Barnes?

I will be very surprised if we don't offer him. His shooting range is extreme. Other teams will have to defend him out to 30 feet which will really spread the defense out and create opportunities for the other four players.
Defensively, he reminds me of Hornecek. People will say he's not quick enough or fast enough to defend at the D1 level, but (like Hornececk) he has an uncanny way to anticipate on defense which more than makes up for his lack of athleticism.
In short, he's the kind of player that usually ends up at a Creighton or a Butler and turns out to be an assassin.

i hope so, it would be nice to have him and Scotty as our snipers, hopefully he can hit the three with a hand in the face unlike Lucca, we need that badly, as last year proved it.
Can I say "no" with the option to change it to a yes? He wouldn't be one of my top 3 choices. I wouldn't mind it if we picked him up now but give me Wilkins, Clark, Pressey, or Otto first
We need to re-energize the fanbase. We know how excited everyone gets about guys named Bo and guys named Barnes. It's a no-brainer.
i have no problem with giving him an offer but if that is assuming he is not our top choice. I would rather have other people but at this point we need to sign some people and he seems like a hard worker who can shoot the ball extremely well.
Prediction...we sign him and he goes on to a more prolific career than another kid named Barnes....ohhhh how sweet it would be.

I think a more accurate prediction would be that we sign him and he transfers after one year because he realizes his game is not suitable for the Big 12.
