"The NBA's deadline to withdrawal from the draft is June 11, but the NCAA requires athletes to submit a written statement announcing their decision to remove their name from the draft by 11:59 p.m. on May 30 (10 days after the end of the combine) in order to maintain their collegiate eligibility."

So 10:59pm tonight Central time.

Default is he is in the draft. He has to change his status or he remains in the draft and is no longer eligible.

My assumption is he will be back since no news conference has been scheduled. I would be more worried of him leaving if there was a news conference - but I think he just says he is staying via twitter or something.
