Why is Kinnick Stadium considered historic?

Nope , totally serious.
So you think your guy choked against Iowa and OU right? Just want to make sure you’re consistent in your definition of choking. I mean you needed him to make plays and he didn’t...he turned it over late against both teams...didn’t make plays when needed.
Are you bitter because of the FU touchdown Wisky scored with 30 seconds left?
I thought Stanley looked pretty good for most of the game. WI got some pressure on him late in the game and he didn't handle it well. I agree, the two TOs were critical, especially the really stupid one where the guy kicked the ball when blocking someone waiting to down it. Not sure what he was doing there.
If Noland went 2-9 with an INT down the stretch down 3 yes I would say he choked
Some thoughts...
* If Iowa loses to Penn St, we will be their best win this season. Just think about that SOS for a second.
* I thought Stanley looked REALLY good for 3 quarters or so. Not sure if just nerves got to him down the stretch, but he started throwing balls high, etc.
* Wisky's OL > Iowa's DL in the run game. Passing game they were about equal.
* Wisky's defense was pretty average, especially in the back end.
* That final lateral play by Iowa was just plain stupid and dangerous. Stanley could have been taken out pretty easily. How would Iowa fans be reacting to that this morning if he had gotten a season ending injury on a completely meaningless play?
* With all this being said, how conservative and bad is our offensive play calling when thus far into the season Iowa is throwing deep more than us, using misdirection more than us, attacking the other team on the edges horizontally more than us, etc. Brian Ferentz hasn't been great by any means, but at least Iowa isn't being nearly as conservative as us in their play calling.

There was an approx 20yd throw Stanley made into the ground that no one was around. Not sure if it was a bad route or a bad throw but that was incredibly baffling.
Miscommunication on the route- Stanley thought the receiver would cut in, but he ran an out route.
Seemed to be lots of miscommunication last night. Not used to seeing an Iowa team look that poorly coached
It wasn't really an FU touchdown though. Iowa had been using their timeouts so we needed to run a play. They just couldn't stop that run
Yeah they stop them on that play they get the ball back with a chance to tie. Phil Parker looked clueless that drive
Anyone that believes that was an FU touchdown by Wisconsin doesn't know a thing about football. Iowa was within one score and Wisky had to get a first down to avoid giving them the ball back.
So they ran a simple counter run play, which was brilliant because Iowa's entire defense was flowing with the Wisky RB. All Wisky wanted was a 1st down to clinch the game, but the play worked so well it went for a TD.
Man it really sucks that we lost our Super Bowl this year. The Pig stays in ****ing Wisconsin yet again. I mean we could run the table, and will still probably lose the West. You can't turn the ball over 4 times and win a game. That really sucks cause if we don't turn it over 4 times we win that game.
If you were well coached and your QB didn't turn it over you'd win more? Shocking
Wisconsin has probably the best OL in the country..or darn close. Iowa’s DL i thought did well containing Wisc for 55 minutes.
I guess my point is 2 of the 3 games we’ve played have had solid to very good DL’s...We still managed over 100 yards rushing 2 of last 3 games which isnt awful.
We have yet to have same 5 starters in one game playing the same position.
