Even more diabolical in the books...

Sometimes I swear she's even more evil than Voldemort and Lestrange. Obviously not the case, but she was the evil that the ministry unleashed because the Minister was in denial that the real villains were back, and she had full Ministry backing. She was actually endorsed by the Ministry. And she would have made a perfect Death Eater.
