3 pounds today and 1.5 on Thursday. That’s plenty low enough for this time of year.
My guess is Redding will be fine but it’s definitely good for him to be pushed. I mean, he was a blood round guy last year.

Older guys that frustrate.
Young guys that go hard. I asked Dresser a few years ago about Euton and why he wanted him? He told me because he was tough and we needed tough guys like him. Good spot for him to get bigger and better this year.
Shout out to Durbin, those guys have put some mass on them. Big lower body on them from last year.

People don’t talk about Frost boys enough I continue to wonder why. Always been high on them and won’t be surprised to see them in the lineup this year and big contributors
Agreed. At worst they're high end room guys, but i think the ceiling is higher than that. As stated, Redding could have his hands full Thursday night. Frost looked big.
It looked like Perryman, Kysen and Redding (for sure, I may have missed others) were told to run sprints as KD didn't seem too pleased after their matches. Frost ran and did push-ups for several minutes after his match but I didn't see anyone telling him to do it.
Good day overall. It's great to be relevant again and have quality depth. We have presumed starters at most weights but they'll be pushed enough (with obvious exceptions) that nobody can take it for granted.
Thanks for the updates. Hopefully some of you guys can make it on Thursday and provide results/analysis then as well.
