Where's the damn winter weather thread!

2 hour delay on the site due to snow..
Only two cars in the ditch on my way to work. It doesn't count as winter weather.
We've gotten roughly a foot of snow within 28 hours. I'm already sick of winter, 5 weeks before the official solstice.
I feel motivated to concoct a strategic move to more palatable climates, where all I'd have to face is threat of wildfire, high occurrence of tornadoes, hurricanes, extreme flooding, winter-long rain, 110-degree highs for 12 weeks or single-digit wind chill from November thru March.
I'm trying to maintain a positive outlook, comparatively speaking.

Record cold today in West Des Moines. Another nasty winter ahead. i just hope it's warmer in Memphis than it was last time.
My internet was frozen. Forgot to winterize my modem. Seafoamed the circuits and rebooted and back online.
