What will Tebow haters say if.....

Funny all these Broncos fans coming out of the wood work. I hope the pats roll 'em. The broncos would have needed more then 13 points to beat the Bears with Cutler and Forte.
been a broncos fan since '98 buddy, maybe the 7 year old me was a bandwagon bronco in the elway days but I've been here the whole time. true that the broncos would have needed to score more with them playing, but that's not the broncos problem now is it? keep hating. all the broncos can do is play against the 11 guys lined up on the other side of the ball from them and they just keep on beating them. sorry we just ended your playoff hopes

Some classic Hawkeye talk right here. Play the "this would be different if it wasn't for injuries" card.

Whose reality are you talking about?

Tim Tebow doesn't have religion. He's got faith. BIG difference. And, if his faith is genuine, and part of who he is, it's natural for him to talk about it. Faith isn't something you exercise on Sunday in church, then take off the rest of the week. As a true believer and follower of Jesus ****** he's doing what he's supposed to do -- living it out. You say he says things that are out of touch with reality? Whose reality are you talking about?

The thing that makes me most nuts about all of it. Is if he were any thing, other than Christian, there'd be a major **** fit about how every one is making fun of him for expressing his religion. Imagine if he were Muslim and talking about it every Sunday. No one would say ****. For some reason, it's become acceptable to bash on Christianity, but if you say anything about any other religion, it's a hate crime?

Good for him he's doing well and thanking his God for allowing him to do so.

I wonder how he makes it to church on game day. Likely doesn't

Lots of butthurt Bears fans in here. Makes me very happy as I'm mostly a Chicago fan, but can't stand Bears and Cubs fans.

Tebow, all he does is win. You can explain it any way you want. (i.e. make excuses for your team like most Bears fans are doing) He has poor QB fundamentals, but he wills his team to win, motivates them to play their ***** off, he works his *** off himself, and those are things you can't teach.

That's what so many people are missing. Yes Tebow's game isn't everything that's making them win. It's his mentality that is spreading to the rest of the team. They truly believe they can win right down to the end, and I would give Tebow that credit.

THIS guy gets it,

Hey Genius, most faiths have Saturday services, and weekday services.

I am not a Broncos fan, I am a Tebow fan now. I used to hate him, but it was because dbags like Joe Buck said ******** stuff about him and gushed over him the entire national championship game. It's not Tebow's fault that Joe Buck is a loser. I just love everyone hating on him and constantly getting denied. Haters ganna hate.

Why all the hate for the guy? Just because he isn't at the club making it rain with his posse, taking steroids, cursing on camera, and raping women is no need to hate the guy. In fact, some may find this shocking, some people might do well to emulate the guy.

Bitter? You sound like a Hawk man, let it go.

+1

In a world where very few athletes are good role models, this guy comes around and sets an example to people that you can be a good athlete and a good person. I am a huge fan of Tebow, his personal faith/walk with God, and what he is doing as a player with a team that is very undertalented.

Plenty of people attend church on Saturday night. But the day of the week doesn't matter anyway. It's all about his attitude. I'd guess TimTebow spends plenty of time in worship.

I don't really hate him at all for anything off the field. Respect his leadership on the field and respect that he wins. I just hate the fact that people still think he is a good QB. He isn't.

Yep, it's just so hard to be a Christian in America. :spinny:

On topic - The Broncos just win, so keep it rolling Tebow. Regardless of how much can be attributed to him, Denver is winning and he is leading. Not a great QB, but why ask questions when you're 7-1?

FYI - my opinion of Tebow has absolutely nothing to do with his religion, just like my opinions of any other athlete.

Couldn't agree more!!!

This. I respect him because he can win and he's a great leader. I'm just sick of the ESPN love fest over him.
