What did Wegher do to be considered someone with baggage?

Left two programs for no real reason.

I know he left Iowa and upset some fans, but that situation never struck me as a serious black mark on his character. I wasn't aware that he left a second school, but it still doesn't seem like much baggage.

So quitting the team after less than a week of spring practice doesn't raise red flags to you?

I'd take Wegher at ISU, but the dude definitely has some personal baggage. Or has at least justifiably created that perception.
