No Robby Garcia on the defensive line. Not a big deal, but he and a couple other guys, like Northrup and Jay Jones, who have playing experience or starting experience have been recruited over. With that said Northrup has a ton of potential if he's used right, IMO.

I'm assuming that some of these guys who have vanished from the two deep (Garcia and Fernandez, among others) are dinged up, rather than overrecruited by true freshmen.

Is Tribune not showing due to the suspension and projected to start once he comes back? He was very unimpressive to me the last half of 2015. I hope he is improving or the other guys have stepped it up. Amazing that he has not progressed much from his freshman year.

Hopefully he's the only one. Seems like we typically have a few guys suspended for the UNI game that we don't know about until game time.

My guess is because the staff has been pretty high on meeker and the fact he will be around longer

I'm a little surprised it's Meeker as well unless someone else is bumping to tackle which I doubt.

The JGJ thing isn't a big deal but precedents are being set here.

There are always game one suspensions for team rules violations. Nealy, Montgomery, Watson, etc.
