We need our own hand gesture

I was looking through at other Big12 member forums about our win. When on Shaggy I seen they had posted a screen shot of a few Cyclone football players doing the "hook-em horns" gang sign. We need our own. TCU has one for the Horny Frogs, Texas has one, others have them to.

This is my proposal. Extend you arm, make a fist, extend your index finger, and then begin to rotate your index finger in a small clockwise circle making...............wait for it...............................

tried this years ago. spin one finger above your head like you are saying someone else is crazy, then spin your entire body around like an idiot (or a cyclone). two of us did this for a number of games...never caught on.

it would actually be cool to see this on tv though. an entire crowd spinning in circles after a td. POWER IN NUMBERS!

That's Iowa's official hand gesture. They call it "The Steen".

Heck yeah we do. We stole it from Tech (supposedly, although slightly modified). Tech uses one hand as a pistol and we use both hands as pistols. They say Guns up, we say pistols firing. Odd things these hand signals are.

So maybe we don't do the hand motion, maybe instead we make the towels a staple. It was awesome in there last night seeing the whole crowd up and loud waving the towels.
