I didn't catch any of the game after my last post, but the final was 89-22. Ryan had 29 and is now 13 away from 3000.

Great shooter. Quick as a cat. Undersized. But, IMO she will do very well in the MVC.
Always curious to see where other states host their state tournaments. Wisconsin is in the Resch Center home of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Apparently in Kansas every class has their own arena for state.

We will need someone as quick as her with a long reach and a rim protector to limit her drives. And, will have to shadow her at NBA range cuz she can make those with regularity.

Quarters are 6:30 pm Thursday. Semis are 6:30 Friday. Championship is 4pm Saturday, and 3rd place is noon Saturday.
One oddity -- there were 16 regional brackets and 8 substate brackets. Each substate has 4 teams. As a result, regional champions AND regional runners-up both advance to the substate (but not the same substate). Central Plains defeated Otis-Bison in the regional final (68-24). O-B was assigned to a substate bracket, which they won. As a result, Central Plains could have a rematch with O-B in the state semi.

Announcer just said something that is remarkable:. Ryan has only played in the forth quarter of a game once in her high School career! 3,000 points and only played in the fourth quarter one time!?!
