Walking Dead

At least last night's episode actually furthered plot lines - I didn't think it was too bad. But the writers seem to be the only ones not bored with the 2 seasons long Savior battle, because everyone else is. Hopefully next week is the end.

Yes, mercifully, please let this end. Carl is gone, and now Negan needs to be gone. Time to move on.

That episode felt like a parody episode. And is fear the walking dead just the walking dead with new people now?

That's probably what it'll end up being now that theyre shoehorning in morgan.

The most recent season of FTWD was arguably better than the last few vanilla TWD seasons.

The thing I find most laughable is how Carl, since his death, has become this great sage and font of wisdom. Give me a break. The kid was a bumbling, inept idiot whose stupidity was exceeded only by his father's at times. The guy should've been killed 40 times before. But now it's " Oh Carl wrote this, Carl wouldv'e wanted this" yadda, yadda, yadda. WGAF?

Unfortunately those 2 seasons have taken place over, a max, of 2 months in the shows time frame. They play loosely with time on the show, but the whole Negan part and the war has taken up very little calendar time as far as the show is concerned.
I understand, it just seems like this Negan saga has been going on forever and it really hasn't at all.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan on Good Morning American yesterday with a pretty long, white beard.

I'm going out on a limb and saying their following the comics and Negan is in a jail cell and not dead.

Do I need to go back and watch FTWD from the beginning? I watched maybe the first four or five episodes and couldn't get into it. I didn't relate to the characters. Everything I've heard is the show really improved.
It is a very interesting show in that pretty much every character was unlikeable in the first season, but have grown and shown to be a lot more complex than TWD characters. They are all severely flawed, but the way they act actually makes sense as opposed to TWD characters

I feel like Scott Pilgrim could do something with this line.

At my house we often say “Now is not the time to start listening to Carl”.
