That was the worst episode I've ever watched. Holy filler, Batman. Westworld makes WD look elementary.

I wonder if there is some sort of scale out there that compares the Westworld growing popularity to WD's usual slow down after the premier episodes.
Do the WD writers not realize we want to see Rick vs Negan and that's it?
That is because you are thinking simple. God forbid any character development happens. The build time on this arc will take some time. If you are looking for sweet Negan justice soon, you will be disappointed.

FWIW the women only gun tribe is not in the comics so nobody knows if it will be a significant plot point, I'd say slightly more likely they will be relevant than not. I love all the elements like that which make the show more interesting not knowing what might happen.
I would be even more disappointed if they resolved the Negan story line by the end of this season.
The Saviors are a bigger threat than anything they've come across so far.
I know it doesn't make a good storyline, but if I were Rick I would get the hell outta Dodge. It can always get worse with these freakin guys.
True, but they changed the part where Negan took all their guns which wasn't in the comic so they have to come from there or the Kingdom but I don't know how many guns they have there.
I am very close to the part where I stopped reading the comic. This might be the last season of source material I have read.
I think the Kingdom mostly has the spears that the Hilltop makes at their forge. So probably not a lot of guns there either.
That's true I had forgot about that, makes it more likely that this episode isn't just filler.
It probably makes the show better than the comic story (the same way Daryl/Merl did) in that in the comics it seemed pretty inevitable that they could somehow gun down Negan where now they seem like even greater underdogs without guns.
How convenient that the only lesbian (still alive afaik) from Alexandria found them.
IMO, more 'Meh'. I am not a big fan of the Tara character. Spending a whole episode with her was not great. I understand this group will come into play later. (I have an idea but won't say for those of you that have not read the comics)
Hopefully they come into play anyway. The biggest waste and buildup ever was the 'Wolves'. Several episodes of 'Wolves not far' and W's on zombie heads. Wolves were total garbage and an utter waste of time.
I think AMC needs to do whatever they can to get Frank Darabont involved again in anyway possible. (I know it won't happen)

I think a seaside village is a perfect idea. Always fish to eat. You have to deal with walkers washing up on shore, but other than that, the shore is a pretty clean border.
