Walking Dead

Episode did next to nothing to advance the story line. The whole Carol thing is totally out of character in a really stupid and contrived way. I'm sure the next two weeks will make up for it as long as there isn't an hour-long Carol search party episode next week.

I'm guessing that the whole Carol story line is a basis for Morgan to redeem himself, by either bringing her back or smacking some sense into her. Too many random shots of him for it not be leading up to something.

Just watched Sunday's episode. I don't think it was terrible but definitely one of the weaker ones of the season. They took way too long with things that didn't add much.

Add me to the list that is really confused with Carol's turn around. Earlier this season she is stone cold and now she won't kill anyone and wants to leave her "family".

yeah, thats a story that should have been either been cut out or they should have spent more time with it. The way they chose to do it makes no sense. I could understand killing people in their sleep would be a traumatic experience for someone but she A)killed innocent people while at the prison "for the good of the group" and B)didn't actually take part in that attack.

Maybe it was the burning people alive thing?

This episode wasn't fantastic, but anyone who thinks Carol didn't experience some serious **** the last few episodes just wasn't paying attention.

I was reading some of Dwights comic info. Its been interesting to go back over, because there are moments he did things to someone (comics) and in the show he did them to someone else so far. I have no idea where the show is going at this point. Its great how they mix that up.

She has been acting up before the savior compound episode. I don't like that they decided to do this out of the blue. Reminds me of shows when they reveal a traitor in the main cast who was clearly not one until they decided to write it in so there were no hints along the way. Of course it will surprise people because its a bs spur of the moment change.

I was convinced they'd keep the Negan appearance the exact same as the comics, but not so certain after last episdoe

Well...they were in a car stolen from the Saviors...and they had a wounded person with them. Seems like a bad time to be gallivanting around the countryside. :)

Didn't remember them being there at all but that makes it weird cause they are burying Denise and no Tara there at all?

They are "Out on the Road". Because the actress that plays Tara is very pregnant. They'll cover her returning at the beginning of next season and likely show her grief then.

The actor who plays Negan is only supposed to be in the last episode. I wonder if they will introduce him right at the end and leave it a huge cliffhanger.

Daryl had to retrieve his crossbow bolt. Shortage of arrows in the post apocalypse world. :twitcy:
I told my wife Daryl should have grabbed that arrow out of her head when they were carrying off Eugene. She looked at me like I was heartless.
